Write a sales proposal with AI
Enter what you offer, to whom and for how much. Build the proposal from blocks and switch off the ones you do not need. The AI writes it in terms of what the client gains.
Prompt sent to the chat: «Write a sales proposal. What we offer: Office cleaning. Client: business centres and offices of 300 m² and up. Price: from 45 roubles per m² a month. Blocks in order: the offer in one sentence, the client’s pain, the solution and how we work, the price and what it includes, terms and start date, a call to action. A cold proposal for someone who has never heard of us: one page at most, the first sentence about the client’s benefit, nothing about the company’s history. Write in terms of the client’s benefits, without clichés like “a dynamic, fast-growing company”.»
A sales proposal is a text scenario, free on the Starter plan (30 units of energy). The result arrives as text in the chat.
Office cleaning for business centres and offices of 300 m² and up
We take on the whole job: you get the result on the agreed date, not one more project to supervise.
We know what business centres and offices of 300 m² and up run into: contractors miss deadlines, you end up checking the quality yourself, and the budget grows as the work goes on.
How we work: the scope and deadlines are fixed in the contract, one manager is responsible, and you get a short report after each stage.
Price: from 45 roubles per m² a month. It covers everything listed above, with no extra charges for “urgency” or call-outs.
We start within 5 business days of signing. The first month is a trial: if you are not happy with the result, we end the contract with no penalties.
Reply to this email or call us, and we will prepare a quote for your space within a day.
How to write a sales proposal: six blocks
The same blocks as in the builder above. Each answers one question the client has, and together they lead to a reply.
- 1
Offer
What the client gets, in one sentence. Not “we are an experienced company” but “your office cleaned by 9 a.m., every day”.
Common mistake: Opening with the company’s history.
- 2
Client’s pain
A problem the client recognises: missed deadlines, wasted money, hassle.
Common mistake: Describing a pain the client does not have.
- 3
Solution
How exactly you remove that problem: the process, the timing, who is responsible.
Common mistake: Listing services with no link to the pain.
- 4
Price
A specific figure or a range and what it includes. Without a price, a proposal gets put off “for later”.
Common mistake: “Price on request” in a cold proposal.
- 5
Terms
Start date, payment, guarantees, a trial period – anything that takes the risk away.
Common mistake: Small print and footnotes.
- 6
Call to action
One clear action: reply, call, book a meeting.
Common mistake: Three calls to action at once, or none.
A cold proposal and a warm one are different texts
The “Type” switch in the builder changes the instruction for the AI. Here is the difference.
Cold
For someone who has never heard of you
- Length
- One page or a short email
- Opening
- The client’s benefit in the first sentence
- Price
- A “from …” figure to give a sense of scale
- Call to action
- A small step: “reply and we will send a quote”
Warm
After a call, a meeting or a request
- Length
- More detail: 2–3 pages are fine
- Opening
- A reference to the conversation: “as discussed on 20 October”
- Price
- An exact quote, 2–3 package options
- Call to action
- Specific: sign the contract, set a start date
Got a request for a proposal from a client? That is a warm proposal: ask the AI to take everything in the request into account and answer it point by point.
The email that goes with the proposal
Hello Oleg,
Your tenants arrive at 9:00, and by then their offices should already be clean. We take care of that: we work at night and in the early morning, on a schedule for each floor.
Attached is our proposal with the price per m² and the terms of a trial month. If it helps, I can send a quote for your floor area – just reply to this email.
Best regards, Irina Kovaleva
An attached proposal with no email gets opened less often. A cover email is three paragraphs: why you are writing, one main benefit, what is attached and what to do next.
The subject line works as a headline: it carries the benefit and the client’s name, not “Sales proposal”.
Other letters – requests, reminders, replies – are on the business letter page.
A business plan and a pitch – in the same chat
Once the proposal is ready, the next document is often a business plan for a partner or a pitch for an investor.
Business plan
The AI puts together the sections and the questions you need to answer, and works out the economics from your inputs. It may not know market figures or may get them wrong – check them against public sources.
Investor pitch
A minute of text spoken aloud: problem, solution, market, money. Ask to “cut it to 150 words” and “make the first sentence stronger”.
Proposal as slides
If you present the proposal at a meeting, ask for a slide plan and make the slides themselves in the presentations section.
Why nobody replies to your proposal
Six reasons a proposal ends up in the bin. The AI avoids them if you ask: “check the proposal for these mistakes”.
About you, not the client
The first page is about the founding year and the mission. The client looks for their own benefit and does not find it.
No price
A proposal without a figure gets put off. Give at least a “from …” or a range.
One proposal for everyone
An office and a warehouse need different arguments. Change the “For whom” field and rebuild it.
Too long
A cold proposal gets read to the end only if it fits on one page.
No next step
If it is unclear what to do after reading, nothing will be done.
Clichés
Everyone promises a “personalised approach” and “high quality”. You need numbers and dates.
FAQ
Is writing a sales proposal with AI free?
Yes. Sales proposals, cover emails, business plans and pitches are text requests, included in the Starter plan with 30 units of energy.
What form will the proposal come in?
As text in the chat, split into blocks with headings. You can paste it into an email, onto letterhead or into a presentation. Edits are made in words: “shorter”, “add a second package”, “remove the terms”.
How do I write a proposal for services when every client’s price is different?
Put a “from …” figure or a range in the “Price” field, and ask for a “what the price depends on” block. For a warm proposal, give the AI the client’s parameters – it will do the maths and lay out 2–3 options.
What about a proposal for supplying goods?
That works too: put the product and volume in “What we offer” and the unit price and batch terms in “Price”. The AI adds delivery times, payment and shipping to the “Terms” block.
Can the AI make up case studies and numbers?
It can, if you have not given them. So put real facts in the prompt and ask it to “not invent numbers, leave blanks for the data”. Check everything about your company before sending.
Can I make a business plan with AI for free?
Yes: the structure, the text of the sections and calculations from your inputs. Check market data yourself: the AI has no access to closed statistics.
