Your own mockups, banners, cards and posters

Change text in an image online with AI

Upload a picture and say which line to replace with what. The AI redraws only the text and keeps the font, colour and background as they were. Try it on the mockup below: tap any line.

Open in the studio

Image editing comes with plans from ₽690; one edit costs from 1 energy. Your picture and prompt open in the image studio, and generation starts on its own once you pay.

What you can change

Six edits that don’t need a designer

Most of the time a finished picture needs one line fixed. Rebuilding the layout for that takes ages, while replacing text on a photo takes one message.

The whole line

A new headline, slogan or greeting on a card. Put the exact wording in quotes, or the AI may rephrase it.

Date and time

The event moved a week: swap “October 12” for “October 19” and the rest of the poster stays as it was.

Price and discount

The price on a banner, the figure on a tag, the percentage of a sale. Numbers are what people change most, and the AI handles them most reliably.

Language

The same banner for visitors from abroad: ask for the line to be translated and set in the same place in the same style.

A font to match the style

When the font should change rather than stay: “make the headline handwritten” or “a clean sans serif, like on a shop sign”.

Colour and size

White text lost on a light background? Ask to make it dark, bigger, or to put a semi-transparent strip behind it.

Before and after

The text changed, nothing else did

On the left the original layout, on the right the result of one prompt in the image studio.

Keeping the font

Five rules for text that looks native

  1. 01

Quote the old and new text exactly. “Replace ‘20% off’ with ‘30% off’.” That way the AI finds the right line and leaves its neighbours alone.

  2. 02

Keep the length similar. If the new phrase is twice as long, the type shrinks or the line wraps. Say up front which of the two is fine.

  3. 03

Rule out the extras. Add: “keep the font, colour, slant and shadow, leave the background and the picture unchanged”.

  4. 04

Pick the right model. For long or small lettering choose GPT Image 2: it draws letters more neatly. For a single digit, a 1-unit model is enough.

  5. 05

One or two lines at a time. Check every letter. If a typo slips in, write “fix the letter in the word ‘craft’” and get a new version.

Limits

Where it works great and where it doesn’t

Works well

Headlines, dates and prices on a plain background. Text on banners, posters, cards and covers. Lettering on a sign or plaque in a photo you took yourself.

Works less well

Small print covering half the page: a layout like that is easier to rebuild. Text on folds of fabric or curved bottles. An exact match with a rare brand font isn’t guaranteed, so compare with the original.

Not something we do

We don’t edit documents, IDs, receipts, diplomas or any paper where new text would pass itself off as official. Only your own layouts and pictures you hold the rights to.

Pricing

How much it costs to replace text on a photo

One text replacement is one generation: from 1 energy on Nano Banana 2 Lite or Flux 2 Pro, 6 energy on GPT Image 2. The result comes in the chosen model’s resolution.

Lite

₽690 a month

150 energy units: from 25 to 150 edits depending on the model. Enough to refresh posters and banners every week.

Basic

₽990 a month

200 energy units: from 33 to 200 images. For anyone running a shop or several social pages and editing layouts all the time.

FAQ

How do I change text in a picture without ruining the background?

Upload the picture, quote the old line and write the new one. Add “leave the background and everything else unchanged”. If something shifted, tell the studio exactly what to put back.

Can I replace text on a photo for free?

Image editing comes with plans from ₽690. On the free Starter plan you can use the chat to come up with the wording: a headline, a slogan, a caption.

Will the font really stay the same?

The AI copies the letterforms, weight and colour from the picture itself. With common fonts the match is very close; with rare brand fonts individual letters may differ.

What if there was no text – can I add some?

Yes. Give the text, the place and the style: “add ‘Sale’ at the top in bold red type”. For a layout from scratch, the poster page is a better fit.

How do I change the colour of text in a picture?

In words too: “make the text white” or “colour the price like the button”. The words stay the same, only the colour changes.

Which pictures can I edit?

Your own layouts, photos and promotional materials. The service doesn’t edit documents or other people’s images.
